IBAT College Dublin are offering an 11 week, part-time, Online Diploma in Supervisory Management from September 2021. The course is scheduled to run Monday evenings and will enable you to become a more confident team leader, supervisor or front line manager with a comprehensive Management toolkit.

Supervisory Management is about having a clear understanding of what effective management skills are, including awareness of environmental factors affecting performance (team and organisation), team motivation and problem-solving, and using these to achieve outcomes. Completion of a supervisory management course is a great way for anyone to improve their career progression prospects.
