This Pre-University Sports Science course coversSports Anatomy and Physiology, Nutrition, Sport and Recreation Studies, First Aid Responder PHECC approved, communications, Work Experience, Exercise and Fitness, kinesiology, Sports and Exercise Injury Prevention.
Workshops in Massage, Exercise and Fitness will be offered throughout the year.
