Entry RequirementsApplicants must have reached the current statutory school leaving age (16+). Leaving Cert, LCVP, LCA or QQI Level 4 Major Award is essential. Mature applicant route available for applicants aged 23+. Good verbal and written command of the English language, Common European Framework B1 or equivalent. Non-EU/EEA applicants must have permission to work in Ireland.
Carear PathThis course introduces learners to the Irish music industry while providing them with the skills to support the performance of music in a variety of contexts and settings. On successful completion, graduates may progress to a variety of Music related certificate and degree courses at Universities and Institutes of Technology nationally. Past learners have gone to study Music Performance, Music Education and Event Management. Graduates may also work as musicians in live performance venues and recording studios.
