This Self-Caring Practice programme supports learners from all professional backgrounds to critically engage with self-awareness theories and to identify personal strengths and vulnerabilities which may impact on both their personal and professional lives. In doing so, learners develop the skills to apply appropriate self-care strategies and build their resilience.
