MH101 & Specialised Arts Degrees
Schools Liaison Officers Kay Mitchell and Dr Laura Creevey discuss our most popular degree, the Maynooth Bachelor of Arts degree, and all the specialised options available.

Science and Engineering
Amanda Cardiff, the Faculty of Science and Engineering Marketing Officer, hosts this webinar led by Professor John Keating, featuring input from current MU students.

Business and Law/Criminology
Professor Joseph Coughlan, Head of the School of Business, and Professor Fergus Ryan, Head of the School of Law and Criminology, provide an overview of their Schools' respective undergraduate study options. They are joined by Amie and Jamie, two current students who discuss placement and future plans following graduation.

Education/Teaching Degrees
Dr Laura Creevey, Schools Liaison Officer, is joined by Professor Marie McLoughlin from the Froebel Department of Primary and Early Childhood Education, and Dr Majella Dempsey, Head of the Maynooth University Department of Education.

Bachelor of Arts - part-time, flexible learning (mature applicants only)
Dr Nuala Whelan, Programme Coordinator and Deputy Head of the Department of Adult and Community Education, details this new option for mature applicants (aged 21 years+ in January in the year of entry). She is joined by current student in the Department, June Murphy, who describes the transition back to education, and the supports available.

Mature Student & QQI/PLC Admission
Neil Flynn from the Undergraduate Recruitment Team joins Emer Sheerin, Mature Student Officer, to give lots of insights and advice for Mature and QQI applicants.

 

Maynooth University is a constituent university of the National University of Ireland. It is Ireland's youngest university. It was founded in 1997 from the secular faculties of the now separate St Patrick's College, Maynooth, which was founded in 1795.
