Sales & Retail courses in Ireland

With the advancement of technology changing the way many industries function, sales & retail professionals now work across an even broader range of areas. These include e-business, media sales, technical sales, telesales and merchandising. There is plenty of scope for advancement within the traditional incarnations of this field too, as for example shop assistants, would be able to retrain and upskill to become account managers or retail managers. In general, anyone working in sales must have expertise in the products or services they sell and maintain a professional and courteous manner. While it can be a challenging career choice - the customer is not always right - it can also be a financially rewarding one. There are several options at third level in Ireland for anyone interested in developing a sales and retail career.
