Trinity College Dublin STEM faculty is running face-to-face sessions, ‘hands-on minds-on’ learning and on campus exploration and fun throughout June and July at Summer Camps in Trinity College.

Material World  
Why are some things made of steel and others made of plastic? What even is ‘plastic’? Campers will explore the unique properties of everyday materials and investigate why each offers unique advantages over the other.
13 – 17 June, 9:30 – 1:30
4 – 8  July, 12:30 – 4:30

Racing Robots
Ever wondered how computers ‘see’? That’s the challenge of this hands-on electronics and programming camp where each team will build their own autonomous buggy to navigate and race an obstacle course.
13 – 17 June, 12:30 – 4:30
4 – 8 July , 9:30 – 1:30

Green Planet
What is happening today to save our planet? Campers will unravel the STEM behind cutting edge and sustainable living solutions.
20 – 24 June, 9:30 – 1:30
11 – 15 July, 12:30 – 4:30

Destination Space
What does it take to launch a rocket into space? If we relocated to Mars, what would it take for humankind to survive? Campers will investigate the STEM required to answer these questions

11 – 15 July, 9:30 – 1:30
