What exactly are industry skills and why are they so important? How can young women develop them in order to prepare for the future professional world?
The four panellists are going to tell us all about this and their own personal experiences about how they prepared for their own careers:

- Mairead O’Leary, SAP Internship Experience Program Lead
- Martha Kinch, second-year apprentice in the ESB
- Amy Rowe, Software Development Engineer in MasterCard
