Mary Immaculate College (MIC) will welcome prospective students, parents, guardians, teachers and guidance counsellors to its Limerick campus on Thursday 15 and Friday 16 October for its 2026 Open Days. The events will give visitors an opportunity to explore undergraduate study options and discover what college life at MIC has to offer.
The Open Days are designed to help students make informed decisions about their future education. Leaving Certificate students preparing their CAO applications can learn more about available degree programmes, while mature students can explore opportunities to return to education and pursue a qualification.
Visitors will be able to tour the Limerick campus and speak with staff about MIC’s undergraduate programmes. Information will also be available on scholarships, study abroad opportunities, clubs and societies, alternative access routes and student support services.
For students weighing up their college options, attending an Open Day can provide valuable insight into a course's content, the student experience and the support available throughout their studies. It is also an opportunity for parents and guardians to learn more about the transition to higher education.
The event will take place on Thursday 15 October from 9am to 2pm and Friday 16 October from 9am to 1pm at Mary Immaculate College in Limerick.
Prospective students are encouraged to register in advance through the official MIC Open Days webpage.
Choosing a college is an important decision, and Open Days offer an opportunity to gather information before finalising course preferences. Students can use their visit to ask questions, compare study options and consider which learning environment best matches their interests and career ambitions.
