Killester College of Further Education 2020 Open Days

These are open days for potential students to make contact with Killester College of Further Education and see what this college has to offer and have the opportunity to meet with the course tutors.

  • Thursday 12th March 2020 4pm – 7pm
  • Tuesday April 21st 2020 4pm – 7pm
  • Wednesday May 20th 2020 10am – 12pm

Applicants will have the option to be interviewed on the Open Days or to make suitable alternative arrangements for interview with the course co-ordinator. In accordance with the Admissions Policy places will be offered on first come first served basis based on their interview.

All these courses range from FETAC levels 4, to levels 5 and 6. They are accredited by Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI) They are qualifications in themselves but can also be used to progress onto Third Level. They welcome all ages from school leavers to Mature students. They are situated 5 minutes from Killester Dart Station which is two stops from Connolly Station.

PLC Grants; Back to Education Allowances; Vocational Training and Opportunities Scheme (VTOS) are available.

If you are an early school leaver, unemployed, wanting to upskill, seeking to go on to Third level- they offer you a platform.

Killester College has new Courses for 2020. These include Pre-Emergency Services Studies and Pre-Uni Environmental & Biodiversity Studies.
