The webinar is hosted by Jenny Duffy, the GAA Development Officer and manages the High Performance Scholarship programme and GAA club operations.

GAA Scholarships & Participation at Maynooth University

In Maynooth University there are opportunities for both elite and non-elite players to participate in Gaelic games and to represent the university in higher education competitions. The GAA Club is the largest club on campus with 15 teams in operation. There are opportunities for students to get involved in club committees, video analysis & stats roles, coaching and promotional roles.


Maynooth University is a constituent university of the National University of Ireland. It is Ireland’s youngest university. It was founded in 1997 from the secular faculties of the now separate St Patrick’s College, Maynooth, which was founded in 1795.
