Free Leaving Cert Revision Sessions – Accounting & Chemistry (ATU)

Atlantic Technological University (ATU) is offering free Leaving Cert revision sessions in Accounting and Chemistry to support students in their exam preparation ahead of the summer exams.

These focused revision classes are designed to help students strengthen key topic areas, improve understanding, and build confidence in two important Leaving Cert subjects.

Date: Monday, 27 April 2026
Time: 6:00pm – 7:00pm
Location: Ireland (Hybrid: online + ATU Sligo Campus)


Accounting Revision Session – Financial Accounting

This session will focus on Correction of Errors and Suspense Accounts, two key areas in Leaving Cert Accounting that require strong conceptual understanding and exam technique.

The session will be delivered by Helen Grady and is designed to help students reinforce core accounting principles and improve problem-solving accuracy.

Students can register in advance to secure a place, as availability for in-person attendance is limited.

Chemistry Revision Session – Organic Chemistry (Session 3)

This session will focus on Organic Chemistry, a core topic in the Leaving Cert Chemistry syllabus.

It will be presented by Dr Mutenta Nyambe and will support students in developing a clearer understanding of key reactions, mechanisms, and exam-focused questions.

This is a hybrid session, meaning students can attend either in person at ATU Sligo Campus (Room B1082) or online via Microsoft Teams. Virtual attendees will receive a joining link prior to the event.
