Mixing theory and practice, this course offers you the opportunity for in-depth study of human resource management, organisations and the management of work, while at the same time working towards a professional level of membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

Covering topics such as organisational change, performance management, training and development, and employment law, this part-time course is designed to develop high performing HRM practitioners that can develop and implement innovative and strategic HRM solutions that will drive organisational performance.
