Human Resources
People management skills, confidence when working with IT and a sound knowledge of employment law are essential to thrive in a Human Resources department. Students will learn to operate payroll software, resolve conflict and advise employees on industrial relations issues. This course will create diverse employment opportunities for graduates interested in directly entering the workplace. It will also give those interested in progression a solid springboard from which to advance to Third Level education.
