Entry Requirements• Applicants must be 16+ years of age on entry to the course. • Junior Certificate standard or its equivalent. • Mature applicant route available for applicants aged 23+. • Competent written and spoken English (CEFR B1 or Higher). • Experience working in the catering industry is desirable. • An interest in pursuing a career in the Hospitality or Catering Sector. • Good communication & interpersonal skills. • Non-EU/EEA applicants must have permission to work in Ireland.

The Culinary Arts qualification is for anyone who works or wants to work as a chef in the catering and hospitality sector. It is ideal for learners coming straight from school who wish to seek a career in this industry.
