Entry RequirementsMinimum of 18 years of age Competent written and spoken English (CEFR Level B2 or higher) You must hold a recent and relevant NFQ Level 5 Major Award (or equivalent NGB qualifications) If you do not hold these qualifications, applicants are expected to demonstrate a standard of knowledge, skill and competence equivalent to NFQ Level 5 (or equivalent) when accessing this Level 6 programme Mature applicants with relevant experience High level of physical fitness is essential Demonstrable participation, membership or leadership in sporting and outdoor activities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive, adaptable, self-motivated, team player High standard of personal presentation Have an interest in working with children, adults or corporate groups Understanding of and sensitivity towards the natural environment Garda Vetting is a pre-requisite
Carear PathGraduates will have the skills to work in multi-activity organisations as instructors in OETCs, Adventure Centres, adventure tourism markets and in private enterprise.
